1. Hopper feeder

Features: Adjusting the feed rate of the material allows to optimize the processing process.

2. Drum beneficiator (scrubber)
Purpose: The drum beneficiator is used for preliminary treatment of tailings, including their washing,
disintegration and classification.
Operating principle: The tailings enter a rotating drum, where, under the influence of water and mechanical mixing, they are cleaned of clay and silt particles. This improves the subsequent
extraction of gold.
Features: The drum can be equipped with screens for separating the material by size.

3. Washing auger
Purpose: The washing auger is used for additional washing and beneficiation of the material, especially if the tailings contain small gold particles.
Working principle: The material moves along the screw, where under the influence of water and gravity, it is separated into fractions.
Heavy particles (including gold) settle at the bottom of the screw, and light ones are removed.
Features: The screw can be adjusted to different angles and rotation speeds to optimize the process.

4. Gravity table
Purpose: The gravity table is used for the final separation of particles by density, which allows gold and other heavy minerals to be extracted.
Working principle: The material is fed onto the vibrating surface of the table, covered with ribs. Under the influence of vibration and water flow, the particles are separated: heavy ones (gold) move along one path, and light ones - along another.
